Voting Member | $0.12 per ground transport, $1 per air transport ($12,000 minimum, $120,000 cap)

Any organization engaged in the business of providing fee for service ground ambulance transportation which meets the standards of the Board of Directors including governmental organizations, and is not eligible for any other membership category. Multi State Providers maintain an ambulance operation in two or more states and operates more than one hundred (100) ambulances.

Active/Multi State Providers receive five (5) votes for the first state and one (1) vote for each additional state in which it maintains an ambulance operation.
