Non-Voting | $0.32 per ground transport, $1 per air transport ($525 minimum, $12000 cap)

Any entity engaged in the business of providing fee for service ground ambulance transportation outside of the fifty (50) states and territories of the United States, which meets the standards established by the Association’s Board of Directors from time to time, and provided that the entity is not eligible for any other Association membership category.
